We strive to provide a full range of services by using special equipment and cleaning agents, as well as skilled and experienced personnel. LAM employees work in integrated four-person teams that organize their work professionally, and thus do their job quickly and productively. LAM´s cleaning vehicles are designed to operate on hard surfaces such as concrete and vinyl. Our basic services include:

• Deep surface cleaning (scrubbing) with a cleaning vehicle, at least once per week.
• Renovation by removing worn wax surfaces and applying new ones (stripping), usually twice per week, in order to protect users from slipping.

LAM can also perform the following:

• Clean and vacuum your facility´s spaces
• Clean toilets and sanitary facilities
• Trash removal
• Other cleaning services at your request.
